Professor Guttorm Schjelderup
Schjelderup’s speech will be about the findings of the government appointed committee that investigated whether tax havens harm developing countries. He will also present some of the commission’s policy proposal. He has previously spoken on this topic to US Senators, the European Parliament, as well as the EU Commission.
