Courses

During the ongoing semester, Dr. Kratzlmeier offers a seminar on current issues and developments in corporate law at the University of Ratisbon. Previously, he has taught several courses in private and business law, including contracts, commercial, partnership and corporate law, as well as legal challenges and strategies in financial distress.

In 2018, he served as a guest lecturer for European Union Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
